Hello, everyone. Guess what? It’s fall, and so begins our journey through the local (to Spokane, Washington) craft fair schedule. The schedule begins with the Sans Souci West Mobile Home Park craft fair, located at the clubhouse/office building, 3231 West Boone Avenue, in Spokane.
Hours and days to shop are 9 am to 3 pm, Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd. There will be a variety of home-crafted items, baked goods, and other tables, and some of my fellow authors and me from the Spokane Authors will be there selling our books. There is no entry fee for shoppers, and a fun time for all is the goal. (Plus the added bonus of going home with a good chunk of shopping completed for your holiday celebrations.
This year, all of us writers will feature the group’s 2026 anthology of short stories, essays, and poems by members of our group. Twenty of our members submitted their works, and I personally think it’s the best one the group has done so far. The title of the anthology this year is Spokane Authors Write On. Member Caryl Briscoe-Michas took the picture used on the cover, and we hope everyone will stop by one of the author tables to see what we have done.
I know you haven’t heard from me for a while. I haven’t been able to access my website, due to my ongoing love/hate relationship with technology. Now that at least some of the issues are resolved, I hope to have a more consistent presence in the “www” world. Stay with me, please, as I work on fixing the glitches in the website and continue to add content.
